How do I log in to the new PHFCUOnline site?
Will I still be able to access my eStatements on the new site?

How do I log in to the new PHFCUOnline site?

Enter your userID in the login box at the top of our website. If your current PHFCUOnline userID is 8 characters or longer, enter it as usual. If your userID is less than 8 characters, add zeros at the beginning of your user name so that your userID is 8 characters. For example, if your current user name is MikeDoe, you will need to add a zero to the beginning of your user name (0MikeDoe).

Once you have provided a valid PHFCUOnline userID you will be provided with information on defining your temporary login.

Note: If you have not logged in to PHFCUOnline in the past 3 months, please re-register for online banking on our new site by clicking the "Sign Up" link beneath the userID field at the top of this page.

I am currently enrolled in eStatements. Will I still be able to access my eStatements on the new site?

Yes. You will be able to view eStatements with a single click from your account.

Will I still be able to view check images on the new site?

Yes. You will be able to view check images by clicking on the check number from your account activity.

I currently have existing scheduled transfers on PHFCUOnline. Will my existing scheduled transfers still transfer as scheduled?

Yes. If you currently have scheduled transfers set up in PHFCUOnline, you will not need to set them up again. Please verify your existing scheduled transfers once you have logged into the new system.

Will my existing payees be available in the new system?

Yes. All existing payees set up in PHFCUOnline Bill Payment will transfer over to the new system.

Will the new system be able to access my existing e-bills?

Yes. However, you will need to re-enroll your e-bills on the new system.

I currently have existing schedule bill payments. Will my existing scheduled bill payments be paid as scheduled?

Yes. If you currently have scheduled bill payments set up in PHFCUOnline, you will not need to set them up again. Please verify your existing scheduled bill payments once you have logged into the new system.

Quicken is not receiving transactions from the new site. What do I need to do?

Update: Direct Connect to Quicken is now available. Existing Quicken users will need to update their connection settings to change the Financial Institution name in Quicken from "Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union" to "Pearl Harbor Federal C.U"
