Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union's online banking has undergone many enhancements to better serve our members.  One of these enhancements is the option to enable a "Forgotten Password" feature.  When enabled, the "Forgotten Password" system will ask a series of validation questions that will be used to verify your identity and allow you to change your password.  To maintain Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union's high security standards, all validation questions are subjective with hundreds of possible answers.  This new feature will now require a valid email address.
