As a result of recent changes in Federal Regulations, Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union members enrolled in our Overdraft Privilege service are required to opt-in to continue protection on their ATM and everyday Debit card transactions.

Without an opt-in request, any ATM and everyday Debit card transactions attempted against insufficient funds must be declined beginning August 15, 2010, according to Federal Law (Regulation E).

To continue overdraft coverage on your ATM withdrawals and debit
card purchases, please opt-in via one of the followng methods:

  • Email us at opt-in@phfcu.com. Please use "Overdraft" in the subject line and include your full name and last three (3) digits of your membership number in the message.
  • Contact us at 1-808-737-4328
  • Complete this opt-in form and mail or fax using the information below.

Note that you have the right to revoke your opt-in preference at any time. If we do not receive an opt-in request, we must assume that you DO NOT WANT Pearl Harbor Federal Credit Union to protect your ATM and everyday debit transactions as of August 15, 2010.
