ALOHA AIRLINES REFUND

All requests for Aloha Airline ticket refunds will be processed through our credit and debit card processors. Because of the uncertainty of Aloha Airlines’ financial situation, at this time we do not know if reimbursement will be made by either the airlines or our card processors.

For Aloha Airlines Tickets Purchased with the PHFCU Mastercard Debit Card



	Create a letter stating that you did not receive airline transportation because the airline ceased providing flight services on March 31, 2008. This letter MUST be signed and dated.

	Provide copies of the actual airline ticket. For e-tickets, the formal confirmation of the flight showing the purchase amount.

	FAX INFORMATION TO 808 218 6299 ATTN CHECKING DEPARTMENT x 277

	The request for refund will be forwarded to the debit card processor for review. For additional questions contact PHFCU at 808 73 PHFCU (808 737-4328) extension 277.

For Aloha Airlines Tickets Purchased with the PHFCU VISA Credit Card


	Contact PSCU Financial Services at 1-800-449-7728 to access card holder services.

	Press “1” for English.

	Press "2" to report a lost or stolen card.

	Press "1" for CREDIT lost or stolen cards.

	Press “2” to decline the survey.

	Your call will then be transferred to the next available Visa representative.

	Inform the Visa representative that you wish to dispute an Aloha Airlines ticket purchase.

	When asked, provide your name, card number and address.

	Once the information is taken by the PSCU Financial Services, you will be mailed a dispute form to complete. PSCU Financial Services may take up to 45 days to respond to any credit card disputes.
